Sandnes, Norway, 9 January 2025: Deputy employee representative to the Board,

Matthieu Angeli in Vår Energi (OSE: VAR) has sold 3 000 shares in the company at

a price of NOK 38 per share. The transaction was performed on 8 January 2025.

Following the transaction, Matthieu holds a total of 9 167 shares in Vår Energi.
