Sandnes, Norway, 7 December 2023: Chief Operating Officer, Torger Rød in Vår

Energi has bought 10 000 shares in the company at a price of NOK 31.69 per

share. Following the purchase Torger Rød holds a total of 193 112 shares in Vår

Energi ASA.
