Sandnes, Norway, 25 September 2024: The extraordinary general meeting of Vår

Energi ASA (the "Company") (OSE: VAR) was held today, 25 September 2024, at

15:00 (CEST). The meeting was held as a digital event.

In accordance with the proposals made by the Company's election committee, the

general meeting elected Ole Johan Gillebo as a member of the Company's board.

Consequently, the Board now has the following composition¹:

· Thorhild Widvey, chair (2024-26)

· Liv Monica Bargem Stubholt, deputy chair (2024-25)

· Ole Johan Gillebo, director (2024-26) (new)
