Vår Energi ASA: Annual general meeting held

Sandnes, Norway, 4 May 2023: The annual general meeting of Vår Energi ASA (the "Company") (OSE: VAR) was held today, 4 May 2023, at 15:00 (CEST). The meeting was held as a digital event.

All resolutions were approved in accordance with the proposals set out in the notice for the general meeting dated 13 April 2023 and as amended by a stock exchange announcement published by the Company on 2 May 2023.
