Sub: Delay in submission of Financial Results as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI [L0DR) Regulations 2015
We had vide our letter dated 17/05/2023, informed and uploaded corporate announcement to BSE that the Board Meeting for considering audited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended 31[st] March,2023 be held on 30[th] May,2023.
We hereby wish to inform that the meeting has been cancelled and rescheduled due to delay in completing audit report primarily on taxation matters on the Substantial Transaction undertaken by the company in the 4[th] quarter of FY 2022-23, being the transaction duly declared by the company to BSE Under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) on 13[th] March,2023.
Therefore the Board would not be able to approve the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ending on 31[st] March, 2023 on 30[th] May,2023.
We have reschedule the above Board meeting to be held now on Friday, June 09th, 2023 at 3.00 PM, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:-
- To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023;
