Sub: Intimation regarding suspension of plant operations under Regulation 30 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

This is to inform that in light of heightened concerns on spread of Coronavirus, Company has decided to suspend the manufacturing operations at its Vapi, Dist. Valsad, with effect from March 23, 2020. We are carefully monitoring the rapidly evolving Covid-19 pandemic and all our offices have already implemented Work from Home.

Several other measures including highest standards of hygiene and promoting social distancing at all the offices and manufacturing locations have been taken. This is for the information of the Exchange and the members.
