Trading Window Closure : As intimated vide our letter dated March 28, 2024, in terms of Company's Code of Conduct (‘Code of Conduct’) for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company has been closed from April 1, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the said financial results are declared and submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct.
