VANTEX ANNOUNCES CORPORATE UPDATE
Vancouver, BC, June 3, 2021 – Vantex Resources Ltd. (the “Company” or “Vantex”) (TSX-V: VAX) has received the fourth and final payment from Fokus Mining Corp. (TSX-V: FKM) pursuant to the previously announced option agreement whereby Fokus was allowed to acquire 100-per-cent interest in the mineral claims on the Galloway Project.
This cash payment of $250,000 was the fourth and last of a series of four equal payments to Vantex Resources Ltd. in order to acquire the mineral claims of the Galloway Project.
Changes to the Board
The Company would also like to announce the resignation of Shawn Smith as a director. The Company thanks Mr. Smith for his efforts and wishes him well him his future endeavors. The board now consist of Anthony Jackson, Simran Gill, Quinn Field-Dyte and Usama Chaudhry.
