Disclosure of Interest in Shares

Notification in accordance with Rule 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules

On 13 April 2015, the Company was notified pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R that on 13 April 2015 Kleinwort Benson (Jersey) Trustees Limited, as trustees of the Provident Financial plc 2007 Employee Benefit Trust, transferred the beneficial ownership in 162,666 ordinary shares of 20 8/11p each in the capital of the Company for no consideration to the following directors and PDMRs resident in the UK pursuant to the Provident Financial Long Term Incentive Scheme 2006 ("LTIS").
