The Company announces that it has granted options over the Company's ordinary shares of 20 8/11p to each Malcolm Le May and Richard King as persons discharging managerial responsibility in the Company. The options were granted under the Provident Financial Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2013, on 4 October 2018 with a contract start date of 1 December 2018, with an exercise price of £5.38 per ordinary share.  The options granted to Malcolm Le May will mature 5 years from the grant date and the options granted to Richard King will mature 3 years from the grant date.
