The Company announces that it was notified on 14 November 2018, of the following acquisitions ("Dealings") in the Company's ordinary shares of 20 8/11p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Yorkshire Building Society Trustees Provident Financial Group on behalf of Andrew Charles Fisher, David Michael Merrett and Kenneth John Mullen, who are all directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility in the Company.  The Dealings took place on 14 November 2018 at a price of £5.5369 per Ordinary Share:
