The Company announces that it was notified on 14 May 2018, of the following acquisitions ("Dealings") in the Company's ordinary shares of 20 8/11p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Yorkshire Building Society Trustees Provident Financial Group on behalf of Andrew Charles Fisher, David Michael Merrett, Kenneth John Mullen and Chris Sweeney, who are all directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility in the Company.  The Dealings took place on 14 May 2018 at a price of £6.7452 per Ordinary Share:
