The Company announces that it has granted options over the Company's ordinary shares of 20 8/11p each to Peter Stuart Crook and Chris Sweeney, both persons discharging managerial responsibility in the Company. The options were granted under the Provident Financial Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2013, on 28 September 2016 with an exercise price of £24.06 per ordinary share.  The options granted to Peter Stuart Crook will mature 5 years from the grant date, and the options granted to Chris Sweeney will mature 3 years from the grant date.
