Update on appointment of Chairman of Vanquis Banking Group plc and Vanquis Bank Limited

Further to the announcement on 30 June 2023, the Boards of Vanquis Banking Group plc and Vanquis Bank Limited (the "Group") are pleased to confirm the appointment of Sir Peter Estlin as Chair following regulatory approval, effective 15 September 2023.
Sir Peter Estlin will also Chair the Group Nomination Committee.
Patrick Snowball stepped down as Chair from the Boards with effect from 15 September 2023.
The Board would like to thank Patrick for his leadership, wisdom and stewardship of the Group.
The Group confirms that it will publish its Q3 IMS on Tuesday 17 October 2023 at 07:00am.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, there are no other matters requiring disclosure under 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority in relation to the appointment of Sir Peter Estlin.
