Please be advised that the Company is undertaking a name change to Uranium One Mining Corp. (the "Name Change") and concurrent share consolidation of its common shares at a share ratio of three and a half (3.5) pre-consolidation common shares to one (1) post-consolidated common share (the "Consolidation"), effective April 27, 2026.

Enclosed please find a copy of the news release dated April 23, 2026 announcing the effective date of the consolidation of Shares and change of name. A copy of the Certificate of Change of Name evidencing the change of name will be filed on SEDAR+ on or after April 27, 2026.
