VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION REQUEST
We refer to the trading halt granted to Vanadium Resources Limited (ASX: VR8) (Company or VR8) on 29 March 2021.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Vanadium Resources Limited requests the voluntary suspension of its securities from the commencement of trading on Wednesday 31 March 2021.
The Company provides the following information regarding this request:

the voluntary suspension is requested as the Company is not yet in a position to make an announcement regarding the Company’s pending capital raise and the potential acquisition of an ESG process strategy;

it anticipates the voluntary suspension will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 1 April 2021, or until the release of an ASX announcement regarding the above matter.

the Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension request should not be granted.
