Vanadium Resources Limited (ASX: VR8) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Vanadium Resources Limited (‘VR8’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of VR8, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 11 October 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Vanadium Resources Limited (ASX: VR8) (Company or VR8) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities.

The Company advises that:

1. the trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding a share placement to a strategic investor;

2. the trading halt is requested to commence pre-market open on Thursday 7 October 2021;

3. it anticipates the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday 11 October 2021, or the release of an announcement;

4. the event which the Company expects will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 above;

5. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt request should not be granted.
