REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Further to the Company’s current trading halt, Tando Resources Limited (“Tando” or “the Company”) wishes to request a voluntary suspension of all the quoted securities of the Company to apply from the commencement of trading on Friday, 3 May 2019.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information in relation to this request:

• The Company is seeking voluntary suspension pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a proposed capital raising;

• It is requested that the suspension be put in place until the Company is in a position to make an announcement which is expected to be no later than Friday, 10 May 2019; and

• The Company is not aware of any reason why a voluntary suspension should not be granted.
