EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Tando Resources Limited (“Tando” or “the Company”) requests a further extension of the voluntary suspension of all the quoted securities of the Company effective from the commencement of trading on Friday, 10 May 2019, pending finalisation of a proposed capital raising.

The Company requests the voluntary suspension remain in place until the Company makes an announcement to the market, which it expects to make by Monday, 13 May 2019.
