Extension of Share Purchase Plan

Tando Resources (ASX: TNO, Tando or the Company ) wishes to announce that the closing date for the Company’s Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) announced to the market on the 13[th] of May 2019 will be extended to 5:00pm WST on the 8[th] of July 2019.

The extension will ensure that all shareholders have time to submit their applications and are able to participate.

It is expected that the new shares and options under the SPP will be issued and allotted to successful applicants on the 10[th] of July 2019 and holding statements will be dispatched on or around the 11[th] of July 2019. Normal trading of shares issued under the SPP is expected to commence on the 11[th] of July 2019.
