ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Vanadium Resources Limited (“the Company”) (ASX:VR8) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kyla Garic as Company Secretary.

Kyla is a Director of Onyx Corporate, Onyx provides Chief Financial Officer, Financial Accounting and Company Secretarial services to listed and unlisted Company’s. Previously Kyla worked for a joint venture of Cleanaway Waste Management Limited (ASX:CWY) (formerly Transpacific Industries Limited) and Bentleys in the Audit division. Kyla holds a BCom and MAcc from Curtin Business School, is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Certificate of Public Practice and is a Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of the Governance Institute.

The Company also announces the resignation of Mauro Piccini as Company Secretary. The Board thanks Mauro for his significant contribution as Company Secretary and wishes him well for the future.
