DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Vanadium Resources Limited (ASX: VR8, ‘Company’ or Vanadium) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, 29 November 2021.
The re-election of certain directors of the Company will be considered at the AGM. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Friday, 8 October 2021. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Friday, 8 October 2021.
