Van Lanschot Kempen appoints Guido van Aubel as member of the Management Board

Amsterdam/'s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, 27 November 2025

Van Lanschot Kempen's Supervisory Board intends to appoint Guido van Aubel as a member of the Management Board, in the role of Chief Operating Officer, following the annual general meeting (AGM) on 21 May 2026. He will succeed Arjan Huisman, who has expressed his intention to step down after the end of his fourth term.

Guido van Aubel will oversee Digitalisation, Advanced Analytics and Technology, and Client Administration and Monitoring. In this role, he will be amongst others responsible for further embedding AI in Van Lanschot Kempen's operations and client solutions.

Guido van Aubel has extensive experience in financial services, both in commercial roles and in strategy development and innovation. He began his career at Van Lanschot Kempen in 2014 in private banking. After that, he spent several years as Chief Analytics Officer and Business Innovation & Development Manager, and since 2022 has worked at Investment Management Clients, first as Managing Director of Wholesale & Institutional Clients and then as Managing Director of Strategy and Change. Previously, he worked at KPMG Advisory and BinckBank.

Van Aubel's appointment has been approved by De Nederlandsche Bank and the Works Council of Van Lanschot Kempen has issued positive advice. The AGM to be held on 21 May 2026 will be notified of his intended appointment.
