Notice of AGM and Posting of 2022 Annual Report

Van Elle Holdings plc, the UK's largest ground engineering contractor, announces that its annual general meeting ('AGM') will be held at Walbrook Public Relations offices, 75 King William Street, London, EC4N 7BE on Thursday 29 September 2022 at 12.00 p.m.

Shareholders are welcome to attend in person but are encouraged to vote by proxy and to pre-register their attendance so that appropriate accommodation can be provided. Attendance can be pre-registered by emailing AGM@van-elle.co.uk.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2022, Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy have been posted, or made available, to shareholders on 18 August 2022. 

The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Meeting are now available to be viewed on the Company's website at www.van-elle.co.uk.
