Electronic Shareholder Communication

Van Elle Holdings plc, the UK's largest ground engineering contractor, announces that it has written to all registered shareholders regarding its intention to adopt electronic communication methods for shareholder documents.

The Company is adopting electronic communication in order to reduce its impact on the environment and ensure timely and cost-effective communications with all shareholders.

A letter regarding this change has been posted to all registered shareholders and a copy of this letter will also be made available on the Company's website.

Shareholders wishing to continue to receive shareholder documents in printed form will need to notify Link Group no later than 22 July 2024 by completing and returning the response form contained within the letter.  

Those shareholders who do not return the response form will be deemed to have consented to receiving shareholder documents or information (including the annual report and notices of Company meetings) by means of the Van Elle website:  van-elle.co.uk.  

A notice via email or mail, subject to the shareholder preference identified, will be sent to shareholders when new materials are available online including the annual report. Shareholders are entitled to change their preference of communication at any time in the future.
