Notice of AGM and Posting of 2023 Annual Report

Van Elle Holdings plc, the UK's largest ground engineering contractor, announces that its annual general meeting ('AGM') will be held at the Company's registered office at Southwell Lane Industrial Estate, Summit Close, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire NG17 8GJ on Thursday 21 September 2023 at 10.00 a.m.

Shareholders are welcome to attend in person but are encouraged to vote by proxy and to pre-register their attendance so that appropriate accommodation can be provided. Attendance can be pre-registered by emailing AGM@van-elle.co.uk.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2023, Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy will be posted, or made available, to shareholders on 17 August 2023. 

The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Meeting are now available to be viewed on the Company's website at www.van-elle.co.uk.
