Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM: VANL) announces that it has been notified that Mr Frank Nelson, Non-Executive Chairman, has purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of 37.0 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Nelson and those persons closely associated with him, are interested in 190,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.18% of the Company's voting share capital.
