Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM: VANL) announces that it has been notified that Mrs Anne Marie Cutler, PCA of Mr Mark Cutler, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of 39.0 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Cutler and those persons closely associates with him, are interested in 952,767 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.89% of the Company's voting share capital.
