Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM:VANL), the geotechnical contractor offering a wide range of ground engineering techniques and services to customers in a variety of UK construction end markets, announces that Jon Fenton (CEO) has today sold 5,614,165 ordinary shares of two pence each in the Company, representing approximately 7.02% of the issued share capital. Following the trade, Jon Fenton no longer holds any ordinary shares in the Company. As announced on 3 May 2018, Jon is stepping down from the Board on 18 May 2018 as part of the Group's CEO succession process.
