Kennisgeving Delta Lloyd NV in het kader van de Wet van 2 mei 2007 op de openbaarmaking van belangrijke deelnemingen.

Op 11 november 2011 heeft Van de Velde NV een kennisgeving ontvangen van Delta Lloyd NV, waarin zij ons op de hoogte brengt van het feit dat zij op datum van 10 november 2011 de drempel van 5% heeft onderschreden. Als gevolg houdt Delta Lloyd NV indirect, via haar dochtervennootschap Delta Lloyd Asset Management NV, 4,97% van de stemrechten (= 661.760 aandelen) van Van de Velde NV aan (zie bijlage).

On November 11, 2011 Van de Velde NV received a notification from Delta Lloyd NV, informing us that on date of November 10, 2011 they no longer reach the threshold of 5%. Hence, Delta Lloyd NV holds indirectly, through its subsidiary Delta Lloyd Asset Management NV, 4,97% of the voting rights (= 661.760 shares) of Van de Velde NV (see enclosure).

Le 11 novembre 2011 Van de Velde SA a reçu une notification de Delta Lloyd SA nous informant qu'en date du 10 novembre 2011, elle n'atteint plus le seuil de 5%. Par conséquent, la participation indirecte de Delta Lloyd SA maintient indirectement, par sa filiale Delta Lloyd Asset Management SA, 4,97% des droits de vote (= 661.760 actions) de Van de Velde SA (voir annexe).
