Notice convening the extraordinary and ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Wednesday 30 April 2025

The Board of Directors invites the shareholders to participate in the extraordinary and ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company to be held at the registered office at 5pm on 30 April 2025.

On March 26, 2025 the share capital of Van de Velde NV is represented by 12.831.422 shares of which 12.576.935 shares have a voting right.
