On September 11, 2009, Value Line, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release reporting the Company's results for its fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2009, and discussing the terms of a settlement offer relating to an SEC investigation which began in 2005 and which was previously disclosed by the Company in public filings.
