CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS FOR THE YEAR 2026

Berbenno di Valtellina (SO), 17 December 2025 – The Board of Directors of Valtecne S.p.A. (ISIN IT0005532525, ticker VLT.IM) – a company operating in the field of high-precision mechanics for medical devices and industrial applications – approved, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, the dates relating to the calendar of corporate events for the year 2026.

The 2026 financial calendar is as follows:

DATE	EVENT
February 10, 2026	Board of Directors' meeting to approve consolidated revenues as at December 31, 2025, not subject to audit.
March 31, 2026	Board of Directors' meeting to approve the draft financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2025 and the consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2025.
April 30, 2026 (first call) May 4, 2026 (second call)	Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at December 31, 2025 and presentation of the consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2025.
May 12, 2026	Board of Directors' meeting to approve consolidated revenues as at March 31, 2026, not subject to audit.
July 30, 2026	Board of Directors' meeting to approve consolidated revenues as at June 30, 2026, not subject to audit.
September 23, 2026	Board of Directors' meeting to approve the consolidated half-year financial report as at June 30, 2026, voluntarily subject to a limited audit review.
November 10, 2026	Board of Directors' meeting to approve consolidated revenues as at September 30, 2026, not subject to audit.

Any changes or amendments to the above calendar will be promptly disclosed to the market.
