VALSOIA PARTICIPATES TO INTESA SANPAOLO'S "FOOD FOR THOUGHT 2021" EVENT WHICH WILL TAKE PLACE IN VIRTUAL MODE

Bologna, November 22, 2021 - Valsoia S.p.A. (EXM: VLS), reference Company in the Italian market of health food products, listed on the Euronext Milan Market managed by Borsa Italiana, will participate tomorrow November 23, 2021 to the "Food for Thought 2021" Conference.

The Event, organized this year, for the first time, by IMI CIB Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, aims to promote meetings between Italian and foreign institutional investors and Italian food companies representatives, listed on Borsa Italiana.

The meetings will be organized in virtual mode, allowing the listed companies to hold meetings remotely.

Valsoia's management will be present at the videoconference, which on that occasion, will explain the results achieved in the first nine months of 2021, with sales revenues of € 70 million, up 8.9% compared to the first nine months of 2020.

Andrea Panzani, CEO and General Manager commented as follows: "Food for Thought Conference will be the opportunity to present to investors the positive results of the first nine months of 2021 that confirm the growth trend already recorded in 2020 and that also are continuing in this last part of the year. Moreover, during the meetings we will present the future prospects of the recent Swedish Green Food Company AB acquisition, a Company specialized in the import and distribution of 100% vegetable products in Sweden, and the agreement of exclusive distribution in Italy of the historical brand Vallè".
