VALSOIA PARTICIPATES IN THE ITALIAN STOCK MARKET OPPORTUNITIES ON 27 th JANUARY 2022

Bologna, January 24, 2022 - Valsoia S.p.A. (EXM: VLS), reference Company in the Italian market of health food products, listed on the Euronext Milan Market managed by Borsa Italiana, will participate, Thursday 27th January 2022, at the ISMO – Italian Stock Market Opportunities.

The event, organized by Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., aims to promote the meeting between Italian institutional investors and representatives of several medium and small capitalization companies representing Italian excellence, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange on the EXM and EGM markets. For this edition, the meetings will be organized in virtual mode, allowing listed companies to hold meetings remotely.

Videoconferences will be attended by Valsoia's management that will illustrate the results achieved in the first nine months of 2021, with sales revenues of € 70 million, up 8.9% compared to the first nine months of 2020.

Valsoia's presence at the Italian Stock Market Opportunities, will also be the opportunity to illustrate future prospects of Swedish Green Food Company AB acquisition, a company specialized in the import and distribution of 100% vegetable products on the Swedish territory, and the agreement for the exclusive distribution in Italy of the historical brand Vallè.
