VALSOIA PARTICIPATES IN MID & SMALL IN MILAN 2021 ON DECEMBER 2ND

Bologna, November 29, 2021 - Valsoia S.p.A. (EXM: VLS), reference Company in the Italian market of health food products, listed on the Euronext Milan Market managed by Borsa Italiana, will participate, Thursday, December 2, 2021, at the conference "Mid & Small in Milan 2021" organized by Virgilio IR in partnership with leading financial markets players.

The event, which returns in presence after two years, is dedicated to small and medium capitalization companies listed on Borsa Italiana, which take the opportunity to present their excellence to a large audience of Italian and international institutional investors.

For this edition, the meetings will be organized both in presence, in the parterre of Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan, and in virtual mode with investor meetings one-to-one or organized in small groups.

The event will be attended by Valsoia's management that will illustrate the results achieved in the first nine months of 2021, with sales revenues of € 70 million, up 8.9% compared to the first nine months of 2020. Valsoia's presence at the Mid &Small in Milan 2021, will also be the opportunity to illustrate future prospects of the recent Swedish Green Food Company AB acquisition, a company specialized in the import and distribution of 100% vegetable products on the Swedish territory, and the agreement for the exclusive distribution in Italy of the historical brand Vallè.
