VALSOIA S.p.A. signed the final contract for the acquisition of Swedish Green Food Company AB, Company specializing in the import and distribution of 100% vegetable products in Sweden

THE ACQUISITION HAS A SIGNIFICANT AND PROSPECTIVE VALUE FOR VALSOIA THAT FURTHER CONSOLIDATES ITS DIRECT PRESENCE IN EUROPE

Valsoia S.p.A. (MTA: VLS), a reference company in the italian healthy food products market, listed on the MTA Market managed by Borsa Italiana, today has finalized the final contract with the duch company Green Pro International B.V., for the acquisition of 100% stakes of Swedish Green Food Company AB, a swedish company specialized in the import and distribution of 100% vegetable products in Sweden.

As previously disclosed to the market on July 13, 2021, Swedish Green Food Company AB was acquired for a total value of 250.000 Euros.

The acquisition of Swedish Green Food Company AB, already distributor of Valsoia products in Sweden, is an operation of significant prospective value for Valsoia as part of its development plans in the European Countries.

In particular, with reference to the Swedish market, the plant based alternative segment has developed consumptions for a value of 4,1 billion of SEK, in 2020.

For the transaction Valsoia was assisted for the legal and contractual expects by Studio Legale Rinaldi & Associati and by the swedish law firm Norelid.
