THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CALLS THE EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING FOR THE NEXT 11 NOVEMBER 2024
Bologna, 07 October 2024 - On today's date the Board of Directors of Valsoia S.p.A. (EXM: VLS) resolved to call the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting for 11 November 2024 at 10.30 am, and possibly on second call for 12 November 2024 at the same time.
The Company decided, also on this occasion, to use the option established by the article 106 of Legislative Decree no. 18/2020 converted with Law no. 27 of 24 April 2020 whose application was most recently extended by Law no. 21 of 5 March 2024, which provides for the possibility that the participation of shareholders in the Shareholders' Meeting takes place exclusively through the designated representative pursuant to article 135 undecies of Legislative Decree no. 58/98 (TUF), without physical participation by of the partners.
The notice of call and the related documentation required by applicable law, including the Directors' Report on the topics on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting, will be made available to the public at the Company's headquarters and at the storage mechanism () within the terms and methods established by current legislation. The aforementioned documents will also be available for consultation in the Investor Relations section of the website (www.valsoiaspa.com).
