Update on Retail Offer

Valereum Plc (AQSE: VLRM) announces that the retail  offer to eligible existing shareholders  aimed at raising a targeted £100,000 at 3.1 pence per share, which was announced last week, is now expected to be launched early in the week commencing 11th August 2025.

The Company also confirms that it currently holds 15,400,083 shares in London BTC Company Ltd (previously named Vinanz Ltd).
