Valereum's Indirect Investee Company, Nexstox Inc, obtains Labuan Exchange License

Valereum Plc (AQSE: VLRM) is pleased to announce that Nexstox Inc ("Nexstox"), of which Valereum has a 16.25% holding in via its subsidiary, GSX Group Limited which it acquired in January 2024 has been granted a Labuan Exchange license by the Labuan Financial Services Authority ("LFSA"). This license is significant milestone for Nexstox, as it positions them as one of five Labuan-licensed and regulated platforms for trading tokenised real-world assets ("RWAs").
