Feike AG: Chairman of the Supervisory Board resigns

Berlin, 24 July 2015 - Michael Schatzschneider, Chairman of the Supervisory
Board of Feike AG, has informed the company that he resigns from his office
effective 31 August 2015.

The company's Management Board respects Mr Schatzschneider's decision and
expresses its gratitude for his outstanding work. The Company will take the
necessary measures in order to find a successor shortly.
