Pursuant to Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and the provisions of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB) 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) hereby informs that on 30 June 2017 the Company released 18,669 treasury shares which represent 0.0148% of Company's share capital. After this release, the Company holds a total of 1,794,451 treasury shares which represent 1.4238% of Company's share capital.
