Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the November 2nd , 2016 the Company acquired 16.517 treasury shares which represent 0,0131% of Company's share capital and on the November 3rd , 2016 it acquired 16.317 treasury shares which represent 0,0129% of the share capital. After this acquisitions the Company holds a total of 1.857.034 treasury shares representing 1,4735% of the share capital.
