Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the January 14th, 2016 the Company acquired 79.529 treasury shares which represent 0,0631% of Company's share capital and on the January 15th, 2016 the Company acquired 114.483 treasury shares which represent 0,0908% of Company's share capital. After this acquisitions the Company holds a total of 1.598.406 treasury shares representing 1,2683% of the share capital.
