Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the December 23rd , 2015 the Company acquired 15.652 treasury shares which represent 0,0124% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 1.329.394 treasury shares representing 1,0548% of the share capital.
