Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the November 23th, 2015 the Company acquired 32.347 treasury shares which represents 0,0257% of the share capital and on the November 25th, 2015 it acquired 20.000 treasury shares which represents 0,0159% of the share capital. After this acquisitions the Company holds a total of 1.185.090 treasury shares representing 0,9403% of the Company's share capital.
