Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the September 23th, 2015 the Company acquired 70.701 treasury shares which represents 0,0561% of the share capital and on the September 24 th, 2015 the Company acquired 31.905 treasury shares which represents 0,0253% of the share capital. After this acquisitions the Company holds a total of 978.571 treasury shares representing 0,7765% of the Company's share capital.
