Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act (hereinafter: CMA) and in accordance with provisions of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange hereby informs that on the December 22th, 2014 the Company has acquired 6.000 treasury shares which represent 0,0047 % of Company's share capital, on the December 23th, 2014 the Company has acquired 13.919 treasury shares which represent 0,0110 % of Company's share capital and on the December 29th, 2014 the Company has acquired 8.228 treasury shares which represent 0,0065 % of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 478.193 treasury shares which represent 0,3794% of Company's share capital.
