Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act (hereinafter: CMA) and in accordance with provisions of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange hereby informs that on the December 30th, 2014 the Company has acquired 2.623 treasury shares which represent 0,0020% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 480.816 treasury shares which represent 0,3815 % of Company's share capital.
