During the meeting, the Supervisory Board considered and determined the audited consolidated and non-consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year 2020 including the quarterly financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2020. These statements will be released in the prescribed time period, pursuant to relevant provisions.
